This is a novel initiative aiming to support international graduates enter a career in surgery through the delivery on one-to-one mentorship and career events. The Programme is supported by The Royal College of Surgeons England. We are recruiting for mentors and accepting candidate registrations now!
More than 600 doctors have been engaged through our flagship video-podcast series, ‘The F3 Series’. We are now preparing for our fifth installment which will see us showcasing a variety of medical and surgical experiences which support you in standing out when applying to specialty training.
ICGP Consultancy
We are providing consultancy on mentorship design and strategy for the Irish College of General Practitioners (ICGP). Furthermore we are bridging ICGP this year by supporting them with mentor education. ICGP’s aim is to become fully autonomous in the delivery of their mentorship programme by 2024.
