Mentor Registration

Mentorship is an essential skill required in trainees as they increase in seniority. Becoming a mentor with The Portfolio Clinic is not only an excellent way to develop this skill but is also a unique role that can be added to your CV.

The mentor role with The Portfolio Clinic provides an opportunity to contribute to the development of others through a combination of innovation and medical education. Furthermore, our mentors are leaders within our organisation with opportunities to develop sub-projects being readily offered.

We’re currently looking for a range of doctors from F2+ to help expand our mentorship service. 

We don’t expect you to have experience of mentoring prior to applying (although it won’t hurt!). As part of the role, we will aim to provide you with adequate training so you can provide excellent feedback confidently to your mentees whilst also developing yourself professionally.
